Deo Hierras Talanay, MD,

Dr. Talanay, the Center Director obtained his degree in Doctor of Medicine from
Fatima University in 1989. He then moved on to PLM-Ospital ng Maynila Medical
Center for his Residency Training in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery from
1991 – 1995. He had his Preceptorship Training in Cosmetic Surgery under Dr.
Corazon Collantes Jose, the President of the Philippine Society for Cosmetic
Surgery where Dr. Talanay is also an active member. He is a Fellow of the Philippine College
of Surgeons, American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, and
the Philippine Society of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, and was appointed as Auditor of STENTS (Southern Tagalog ENT Specialists) during the recently concluded PSO-HNS 52nd Annual Convention held at Dusit Thani Hotel, Manila last November 28 to December 1, 2008.
His ardent passion for the art of Cosmetic Surgery has enabled him to design
and create several instruments such as the D-needle, J-needle, D-Dimple
needle, D-Mesolipo syringe, D-Mesolipo grip clip, D-Mesolipo
Template, D-thread and the D-Maxillofacial Trauma Drill Guide.
His surgical innovations include the D-plasty and J-plasty
to correct the nasal base and augment columellar show, D-Heart shaped
upper lip, D-Lower lip
augmentation, D-Philtruplasty for the creation of labial philtral
ridges and D-Dimple Setting for the creation of natural looking
dimples.
Danilo Antiola Poblete, FPSO-HNS,
FPCS
Dr. Poblete obtained his Medical Degree from Far Eastern University-Nicanor
Reyes Memorial Foundation Institute of Medicine in 1986. He completed his
Residency Training in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at the PLM-Ospital
ng Maynila from 1989-1993 where he was awarded the most outstanding Chief
Resident. He is a Fellow of the Philippine Society of Otolaryngology-Head and
Neck Surgery, Philippine College of Surgeons and a member of the American
Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery and the Philippine Medical
Association. He was President of the Philippine Society of Otolaryngology Head
and Neck Surgery Southern Tagalog Chapter from 2007 to 2008. He has been an
Associate Board Examiner of the Philippine Board of Otorhinolaryngology-Head
and Neck Surgery from 2006 till the present.
His hospital affiliations as active consultant in Otorhinolaryngology-Head and
Neck Surgery include New Sinai MDI Hospital, Calamba Doctors Hospital, St.
James Hospital and Associated Doctors Clinic.
Leonides Pilipina Cayetano, MD
FPSO-HNS
Dr. Cayetano obtained his Medical Degree from the Far Eastern University-
Nicanor Reyes Memorial Foundation in 1996 and underwent residency training in
Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at the Jose R. Reyes Memorial Medical
Center. He had his Cosmetic Surgery Preceptorship under Dr. Corazon Collantes
Jose. He is actively a member of The Asian Pacific Academy of Cosmetic Surgery,
Philippine Society for Cosmetic Surgery, Philippine Society of Liposuction
Surgery, Philippine Anti-Ageing Medical Society, Philippine Medical Association
and a Fellow of the Philippine Society of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery.
Dr. Cayetano is currently an active consultant at the New Sinai MDI Hospital.
Maria Rosario R. Laki-Pillas, MD
FPSO-HNS
Dr. Pillas obtained her medical degree from the University of the East Ramon
Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center in 1990. Her Otolaryngology-Head and Neck
Surgery residency training was at the Rizal Medical Center from 1995 to 1999
where she served as Chief Resident of the Department from June to December
1998. She is a Fellow of the Philippine Society of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck
Surgery. Her Cosmetic Surgery Preceptorship was with Dr. Corazon Collantes
Jose, the President of the Philippine Society for Cosmetic Surgery. Her active
hospital affiliations are with New Sinai MDI Hospital, M-Tech Hospital, and
Mission Hospital. She holds out-patient consultations at DLS-STI Megaclinic,
Fortmed Clinics, Sta. Rosa, and at New Sinai MDI Hospital.
She is a member of the Philippine Medical Association and The Asian Pacific
Academy of Cosmetic Surgery
Dr. Pillas heads the ENT-Head and Neck Section of the Department of Surgery at
New Sinai MDI Hospital, Sta. Rosa Laguna.
Arturo Jose Quijano Jr., MD

Dr. Quijano obtained his Medical Degree from the Far Eastern University-Nicanor
Reyes Medical Foundation in 1997 and continued his Residency Training from the
same institution. His Cosmetic Surgery Preceptorship was with Dr. Corazon
Collantes Jose the President of the Philippine Society for Cosmetic Surgery. He
is a member of the Philippine Medical Association and Fellow of the Philippine
Society of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery.
