Patrick works closely with the doctors to ensure each surgery offers its full potential of services. Dr Wynn is a partner at Ferrybridge Medical Centre, and is heavily involved in the training and assessing of medical staff and is a registered GP registrar trainer, Nurse Practioner trainer and Medical Student trainer.

Phillip works closely with the PCTs to ensure a strong working relationship and offers strong medical and strategic leadership. Dr Earnshaw is a partner at Ferrybridge Medical Centre as well as a PEC Chair for Wakefield PCT. Phillip is also a founder and past chair of Wakefield GP's on call and set up the first wave national pilot Walk in Centre.

Richard offers high quality corporate leadership. Richard was originally joint managing director of the Centaur Clothes Group, as well as chairman of the award winning Nidd Vale Motor Group from which he de-merged the business of Mercedes Benz North Yorkshire in Harrogate, York and Scarborough. Richard was also a director of Consort Homes and Jackson Property Investments. He chairs the Development Forum of the Prince's Trust in Yorkshire and the Humber.

Rachel provides commercial direction to the development of the business. Rachel has extensive hands on experience of senior level management in European and Australasian markets. Most recently the operations director for a global telematics company, Rachel is service driven, with specific knowledge of restructuring businesses and devising and delivering company wide strategy.

Michael spent the first 28 years of his business career with Arthur Andersen and retired in 2001. He has since that date focussed on developing a range of businesses centred on healthcare, software and property. His current range of businesses are One Medical (developer and operator of Medical Centres and associated services); United Health Group Limited (developer and operator of care homes and care villages); Telemedcare (a business focussing on telehealth); Barford Care (child care and therapy centres) and Yorkshire Ventures Limited which he runs and owns equally with two other business partners. Michael has been Chairman of Opera North since 1998. Until 2006 Michael was on the Advisory Board of the University of Leeds Business School, the Industrial Development Advisory Board at the DTI in London and was a founder Governor of Leeds Metropolitan University. He is a Deputy Lieutenant of West Yorkshire.

Alan provides implementation and operational guidance for our surgeries. He also develops strong strategic partnership to offer additional services to GPs & PCTs. Alan was the general manager at Ferrybridge Medical Centre and had been successfully running the centre for 15 years. Alan has over 25 years in general management roles including eight years at The Coca Cola Company and 14 years specifically in GP surgeries.
