Physio in Action by Kirsty Tarr « Find Other General Practices in West Midlands

Kirsty Tarr is the Senior Physiotherapist with the Physio in Action clinic. Kirsty qualified in 1990 as a State Registered Physiotherapist (SRP) and is a Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists. Kirsty specialises in the treatment of back and neck problems, from whiplash injuries to disc problems and sciatica. The application of effective treatment will firstly relieve the pain by treating the underlying cause of the problem. Next a programme of exercise is prescribed to help prevent reoccurence by strengthening the tissues and muscles involved.

Assessments are provided by Mr Ian Tarr HPC Registered Podiatrist. Ian qualified in 1987 and is currently the Diabetes Specialist Podiatrist at Walsall PCT and NHS Trusts. Since 2000 Ian has been seconded one day per week to MBC (part of Aston University) lecturing on Biomechanics and Orthosis manufacture as part of the Podiatry Degree Course. Ian also has extensive experience of nail surgery and has been part of the NHS surgery team since 1996. We can offer the full range of treatments for all aspects of foot care (excluding bone surgery and warts).
