Dr. Carpenter has conducted his dental practice in New WIndsor since 1983. Throughout his career, he has emphasized continuing education. This allows him to treat his patients with the most advanced dentistry available. Dr. Carpenter has been involved with dental implantology since 1982. Dr. Carpenter has received a Fellowship from the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. He has received the Academy of General Dentistry's Fellowship and Mastership Awards. Less than 1% of all dentists achieve this prestigious honor.
