Prof. Dr. K. El Hoshy, Dermatologist
Prof. Dr. K. El Hoshy, is a USA Board-Certified dermatologist and skin care expert with over 30 years experience at the cutting edge of new treatments, technology and research into skin problems and ageing.
He is a Clinical Assistant Professor at Wayne State University School of Medicine, Department of Dermatology and Syphilology and a fellow Member in the American Academy of Dermatology, American Society for Mohs Surgery, American Society of Dermatologic Surgery, and the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery. He is also a Member in the Michigan State Medical Society and Wayne County Medical Society.
Acknowledged as a leading expert in skincare, Prof. Dr. El Hoshy, is at the forefront of research and patient care and he is committed to the highest of academic goals. He completed a one year clinical research and a two-year Dermatological Surgery Fellowship at the Duke University Medical Center which has been at the forefront of patient care for more than 75 years.
He is Mohs-Surgery trained for the treatment of skin cancers and is one of only a handful of USA physicians having special expertise in advanced Botox treatment techniques for the neck, eye and mouth areas. He is internationally recognized as an instructor in Botox, Restylane, and Juvederm injection techniques for beginner and advanced injectors.
Prof. Dr. El Hoshy is highly respected in the field of gerontology and skin rejuvenation and has extensive experience in minimally invasive non-surgical facial rejuvenation procedures using Featherlift, Mesotherapy, Chemical Peeling, Botox, Restylane, Juvederm, Radiesse, Collagen and Laser. His areas of specialization also include Liposuction, Hair Transplant and Sclerotherapy.
