Jumeirah Clinic
With a staff of nine doctors and thirty support personnel, the clinic is also able to provide facilities for most medical services including family practice, gynaecology/obstetrics, paediatrics and ENT. We are also registered to undertake immigration medicals (outwith the UAE) for NZ, CAN and AUS. Several of the staff are also accredited to work at the American, Welcare and Belhoul Hospitals to provide ongoing in-patient care if needed. In house facilities include X-ray, ultrasound and laboratory.
Mirdif - Al Mizhar Clinic
This clinic is run by Dr Carol Smylie an experienced specialist in Family Medicine.
A full range of Family Medicine is offered including pregnancy diagnosis, immunisations, baby development checks, paediatric and adolescent health, contraceptive advice, well woman checks including cervical smear and breast examination, plus management of chronic medical conditions for example hypertension, diabetes, hypercholesterolaemia and asthma. Skin checks and removal of small lesions is available as is advice on travel precautions, vaccinations and information on malaria prophylaxis.
Dr Makki Shuker ENT Specialist will also consult from this Clinic. He has recently joined us from the Northwick Park Hospital, London. He has extensive experience in both adult and paediatric care.
