Biography
After extensive postgraduate education mainly in restorative dentistry, he completed the University of Sheffield’s 18 month implant training programme to gain his Certificate in Dental Implantology in 2006. This covered both the surgical and prosthodontic aspects of implantology and he has subsequently been taught by world renowned clinicians Patrick Pallaci in Marseille and Palo Malo in Lisbon in more advanced hard and soft tissue manipulation. He is an active member of the Association of Dental Implantology and has gained extensive experience from simple to complex cases involving guided bone regeneration, soft tissue grafting and guided implant placement using NobelGuide. In recognition of his experience and abilities, Richard was elected as a mentor for Nobel Biocare last year.
