Were you pleased with the treatment?

I am very horrified of seeing a dentist, but from the first moment i enterd the surgery "shabby chick" furniture and a relaxed atmosphere, it made me feel relaxed. I was looking for basic nhs treatment and i ended up paying quite a chunk of money. BUT i was given the option and i decided that my smile is worth it and went for the better treatment. She was actually quite sweet in explaining every thing to me and we had a good laugh AND i'm loving my new smile.

Would you recommend the clinic?

I have send already 3 of my closest friends to the surgery. I admit that the receptionist is not allways all smile, but she knows what she is doing. I think that the dentist are qualified from Germany and there you go "German quality".

My teeth have never been in such a bad state since getting treatment in this surgery.

Would you recommend the clinic?

Absolutely not. The receptionist has been trained as a prison officer, she is the grossest and the rudest person I have seen in PR. I am not talking about one occasion, but each occasion I had to go to the surgery. I just even wonder how she manages to be that unfriendly, it must take her enormous effort. The dentists are not satisfactory. There is obvious relation problem between them and it makes the patient uncomfortable. Moreover, all the dentists care there is the payment. If you don't pay, they will tell you that everything is alright even if there are obvious tooth problems.

Would you return for further treatment?

No. I have decided to change the dental surgery at last as I cannot bear the receptionist and the dentists who are not there to treat your teeth but to get paid before all.
