Qualified Bristol 1979 and was fortunate to start work in Connah’s Quay in a practice with a caring ethos- giving a good foundation for when he set up a new practice in Ruabon in 1984. Alan is keen on education - he spent 5 years as a clinical sessional assistant in orthodontics to Mr. J.G. Heyes at the Maelor hospital when the practice started. He has since devoted many weeks per year on courses to further his skills and knowledge in aesthetics/cosmetics/endodontics/ implants culminating in 2006 in being awarded a Diploma in Postgraduate Dental Studies. Alan has an interest in endodontics (root fillings) and is regularly asked to run courses on endodontics to recently qualified dentists and sometimes his peers.

Qualified Manchester 1991.Abdul joined the practice in 1991 and works equally in Ruabon and Cefn. Abdul is a caring dentist enjoying most aspects of dentistry and has been nicknamed by some patients as “Abdul the angel”.

Ashok Jakhu recently qualified from Liverpool practice. Bringing new ideas into the practice and showing an interest in oral surgery

Carol helped set up the practice and became the main hygienist. Carol now spends most of her time running the practice.

eeptha qualified in Indiaand is currently a vocational dental practitioner. She is with us for a year and has a limited NHS list.
