Your Visit to Dent Inn
We promise to make your every dental visit a pleasant experience! A visit to Dent Inn may produce a few surprises .When you enter the clinic, you may not feel that you are in a dental clinic. The atmosphere of the waiting area is very unique. It is calm, spacious, friendly and bright, with the emphasis on providing the highest possible level of comfort. Even though the waiting area is big, you will rarely find anyone waiting as we respect your time and so we rarely keep you waiting. However, you can enjoy our waiting lounge with soft music, our in-house herbal tea and an art gallery.
How we Work
We promise to make your experience in our office unique, beginning with a warm and friendly greeting from our professional staff!
- Our staff will assist you in filling out a pre-treatment forms which will include your medical and dental health information. Our dentist will also be happy to help with any questions that may be confusing.
- Our Dentist will review your medical and dental history, discuss your primary concerns, and listen to your immediate expectations and long term goals for the health, comfort and appearance of your mouth and teeth. Any emergency situation, usually a pain, swelling or bleeding will be attended first.
- Our dentist may make recommendations regarding a more comprehensive exam, x-rays, periodontal evaluation (gums and bone), or other diagnostic aids. Your questions will be answered about every recommendation and you will decide what service is provided.
- After assimilating the results of your examination and any other tests, your dentist will meet with you to review the results, including diagnoses and suggestions for your treatment.
Facilities
The colors, relaxing music, and specific designs help our patients feel an atmosphere that helps to calm a nervous patient. We also believe in educating our patient individually. We try to explain what and why we are doing each particular dental treatment.
An intraoral camera, chairside monitor plus few interactive videos help our patients know their mouth and teeth better. This is just a beginning of high-tech we use in our treatments. Inside the treatment rooms are housed modern equipments which help us work the best on your teeth and to make it painless as possible. To make it comfortable for you, you can also enjoy music and videos of your choice while the treatment in ongoing.
Hygiene and Sterilization
We worry about your health as much as you do. That is the reason we keep our clinic clean and bacteria free. We use disposable items wherever possible and use standard sterilizing procedures to prevent any cross-contamination. We also sterilize our equipments against diseases such as HIV/AIDS and Hepatitis. All of our staff is also vaccinated against major diseases to ensure 100% safety.
Traveler Facilities
We book time for you prior your visit to Nepal so that you can schedule your tours and trips accordingly. We can also arrange a hotel for you if you intend to travel only for the treatment. Tour packages can also be arranged upon request. We can also arrange an interpreter for French, German and Chinese language on prior requests. We also provide documents for your insurance claims.
