Because porcelain crowns cover your entire tooth, they often provide good solutions for severe problems i.e. a bad fracture, a large filling, a tooth that has had root canal treatment, and in situations where one or several teeth are missing. When teeth cannot be saved, dental implants and bridges are a great option to replace missing teeth. As with other techniques, crowns can correct a wide range of problems. They are durable and strong, so replacements are needed less often. The difference between crowns and laminates (or porcelain inlays) is that more tooth structure is removed. This is required to allow adequate space for the restorative material to have appropriate strength, esthetics… and healthy gum contour. The types of crowns that are commonly used are:1.Porcelain fused to metal quality. 2.Porcelain jacket crown 3.100% Porcelain and Art Glass.Porcelain

Dental Implants € 3 - € 4
Guaranteed for 1 years. If you are missing a tooth but you are in good general health, with healthy gums and a jawbone that can support an implant, implant treatment may be an option for you. (However, keep in mind that in many cases, third molars called "wisdom teeth" do not require replacement.)Implants offer stability because they fuse to your bone. Integration of the implants into your jaw also helps your replacement teeth feel more natural and some people also find the secure fit more comfortable than conventional substitutes.Health is more a factor than is your age. For example, chronic illnesses, such as diabetes or leukemia, may interfere with healing after surgery. And if you use tobacco, you are at greater risk of experiencing gum disease, which can weaken the bone and tissues needed to support the implant.Candidates for dental implants need to have healthy gums and adequate bone to support the implant. A thorough evaluation by your dentist will help determine whether you are a good candidate for dental implants.

Dental Digital Radiography / Digital Dental X-Ray: Radiographs are a diagnostic tool we could never practice without. While most offices still use film, dental digital radiography has been shown to be every bit as diagnostic, and more. With better resolution, dramatically reduced radiation to the patient, and the ability to zoom into parts of the image, digital dental X-ray is more friendly to the patient, and to the doctor. Add to that the ability to archive in original quality, or to send a perfect digital copy, and you will begin to see how the switch to dental digital radiography isn’t just eventual, it’s inevitable.

Extractions Free

The most common reason for extraction is tooth damage due to breakage or decay. There are additional reasons for tooth extraction:

Severe tooth decay or infection. Despite the reduction in world-wide prevalence of dental caries, still it is the most common reason for extraction of (non-third molar) teeth with up to two thirds of extractions.[1]
Extra teeth which are blocking other teeth from coming in.
Severe gum disease which may affect the supporting tissues and bone structures of teeth.
In preparation for orthodontic treatment (braces)
Teeth in the fracture line
Fractured teeth.
Insufficient space for wisdom teeth (impacted third molars). Although many dentists remove asymptomatic impacted third molars,[2][3] American as well as British Health Authorities recommended against this routine procedure, unless there are evidences for disease in the impacted tooth or the near environment.[4]
Receiving radiation to the head and neck may require extraction of teeth in the field of radiation.

Wisdom Teeth Extraction Up to € 1
Guaranteed for 1 years.Tooth extraction is the removal of a tooth from its socket in the bone.If a tooth has been damaged by decay or a fracture, your dentist will try to repair it and restore it with a filling, crown or other treatment. Sometimes, though, the damage is too extensive for the tooth to be repaired. This is the most common reason for extracting a tooth. Here are other reasons for extraction:Some people have extra teeth that block other teeth from coming in. People undergoing orthodontic work may need teeth extracted to create room for the teeth that are being moved into place. People receiving radiation to the head and neck may need to have teeth in the field of radiation extracted. People receiving chemotherapy may develop infected teeth because chemotherapy weakens the immune system, increasing the risk of infection. These teeth may need to be extracted. People receiving an organ transplant may need some teeth extracted if the teeth are at risk of becoming sources of infection after the transplant, when immunosuppressive medications are given. Wisdom teeth, also called third molars, often are extracted either before or after they come in. They commonly come in during your late teen years or early twenties. Impacted teeth get stuck in the jaw and often need to be removed if they are decayed or cause pain. A wisdom tooth that has emerged partially may be blocked by other teeth or may not have enough room to come in completely. This can irritate th

We use the latest technology for our cavity fillings. This "White filling" is technically called a Composite Resin. You may have heard of it as Bonding. Composites are made up of a quartz resin and usually contain a light sensitive agent. These light cured composites are extremely cosmetic and most often bonded into place. They can be used in both the front of the mouth as well as in your back teeth. In order to bond a filling material to your tooth it is first necessary to remove the decay, prepare the tooth and then to condition the enamel and dentin. Once conditioned, a thin resin is applied which bonds to the etched surface. The bond strength of these fillings is incredible. Bonding increases the strength of these restorations far beyond those of only a short time ago.

A dental implant is an artificial tooth root that a periodontist places into your jaw to hold a replacement tooth or bridge. Dental implants are an ideal option for people in good general oral health who have lost a tooth or teeth due to periodontal disease, an injury, or some other reason.
While high-tech in nature, dental implants are actually more tooth-saving than traditional bridgework, since implants do not rely on neighboring teeth for support.
Dental implants are so natural-looking and feeling, you may forget you ever lost a tooth. You know that your confidence about your teeth affects how you feel about yourself, both personally and professionally. Perhaps you hide your smile because of spaces from missing teeth. Maybe your dentures dont feel secure. Perhaps you have difficulty chewing. If you are missing one or more teeth and would like to smile, speak and eat again with comfort and confidence, there is good news! Dental implants are teeth that can look and feel just like your own! Under proper conditions, such as placement by a periodontist and diligent patient maintenance, implants can last a lifetime. Long-term studies continue to show improving success rates for implants.

"Professional, state-of-the-art"

Randy L. Goldy, from US, 26 Jul 09
Were you pleased with the treatment?

Dr. Hernandez runs a professional office that is modern and clean. His kind "bed side" manners and his thorough explanation of procedures made me feel confident and comfortable. I had 13 crowns done by him - 3 visits over 1 week and left with a smile that I've longed for over 20 years.

Would you recommend the clinic?

I highly recommend Dr. Hernandez and his staff. Professional, state-of-the-art and located in the center of old city. Dr. Hernandez even offers accommodations for patients to stay in a private apartment during their visit.

Would you return for further treatment?

I have plans for follow ups as well and further procedures with him.
