Were you pleased with the treatment?

All the staff were utterly charming and the dentist I saw was gentle, sympathetic, clearly had the highest professional standards and did really good work on my teeth. Despite having been to the dentist every 6 months all my life, I discovered, when I had my first appointment in Budapest, that none of the caps and facades I'd had put on in Britain fitted properly and my teeth had been quietly rotting away for years (the dentist gave me a mirror so I could see for myself, and I was horrified to see that the teeth underneath were black). Consequently I needed a lot of work. I'd had an estimate in Britain of 8 hours and £1000 for just one tooth. The dentist in Budapest did the preparation work on 19 teeth in six and a half hours and the whole thing, including the most expensive crowns available (which are metal-free and therefore look like real teeth) cost around £4,000. The most impressive thing was that because the dentist was so gentle and sympathetic, six and a half hours in the dentist's chair really wasn't that bad. It was tiring though and I felt fragile afterwards so the fact that Access Smile then drove me back to where I was staying (and ferried me back and forth to all subsequent appointments) really made a huge difference.

I really couldn't recommend Access Smile highly enough.

Would you recommend the clinic?

I would have no hesitation in recommending the clinic in Hungary. All the support staff and the dentists conversed easily in English and were very helpful and professional in their approach to clients.

Would you return for further treatment?

I had very comprehensive course of treatment and made two trips to Budapest. I am hoping that I personally have no need to return but I would have no problem in doing so if more work is required in a few years time

Were you pleased with the treatment?

I was quote a price of €19,000 in Ireland for work that might not be gauranteed to work. I got all my work done in Access Smile for €4000.

Would you recommend the clinic?

Yes both my Aunt and Mum have been for treatment and are estatic with the work!!

Would you return for further treatment?

Very positive experience. After being told by several dentist, nothing could be done for my smile, I now have a smile to be more than proud of!

Were you pleased with the treatment?

I felt like the Hungarian 'team' didn't have their act together and the communications between them and the folks in the UK were less than seamless. I was pleased with the dentist, the clinic and the surgery and will see after Part II of my treatment if I would recommend it to friends and associates. I plan on returning for the remainer of my dental work in 3 months, but dread it in a way b/c of service and communication deficits I experienced the first time. (Granted that the confusion may have been attributable to having my treatment done over the holidays.)
