Dr Spyros Papathanasiou, President of the Stomatological Society of Greece until March 2001, is considered to be one of the most experienced prosthodontists in Athens. He received his dental and doctorate degrees from the Dental School of the University of Athens. As both dental technician and dentist was able to develop a special understanding in solving problems in the field of fixed and removable prosthodontics. His special abilities have always been confirmed by many of his colleagues and by all of the patients he treated in the last four decades. Dr Gerasimos Papathanasiou received his dental degree from Humboldt University - Charite in Berlin . After spending four years of research in the field of Pathophysiology - Aerospace Medicine received his doctorate degree from the same University. Dr Papathanasiou's primary focus is esthetic and reconstructive dentistry.
