Mr Philip Graham obtained his Medical Degree (with Honours) in 1979 and then spent nine years operating in the National Health Service. He was elected a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons in 1984 and began to specialise in Plastic, Reconstructive and Cosmetic Surgery. Mr Graham decided to pursue his career as a specialist in Cosmetic Surgery. Because little cosmetic work is undertaken in the National Health Service he joined The Pountney Clinic as a full-time Cosmetic Surgeon in 1988. Also in 1988 he completed an additional specialist surgical course in Nasal Plastic Surgery (University College and Middlesex School of Medicine in Association with the Royal National Throat, Nose and Ear Hospital, London) and to keep abreast of the latest techniques in nasal surgery attended the Rhinoplasty Update Course held under the same auspices in 1997. He has performed over 1100 Nose improvement procedures. In 1989 he was elected a Member of the European Academy of Facial Surgery and in 1992 the General Medical Council awarded him the Certificate of Specialist Training in Plastic Surgery (EEC). He is a Member of the British Medical Association and also a Founding member of the Expert Witness Institute. Mr. Graham has Full Registration with The General Medical Council, No. 2485225. Mr Graham has often operated on nurses and staff at the Clinic where he has performed in excess of 4,900 improvement procedures.

Mr Atul Khanna graduated in 1983 and commenced training in Surgery in General in 1983. He became a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons in 1989. He commenced his training in Plastic, Reconstructive and Cosmetic Surgery in 1989. He acquired the FRCS (Plast) in 1997 and was assessed in all aspects of Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic surgery in 1998 by the European Board of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery, and acquired their Diploma. He is on the GMC’s Specialist Register in Plastic Surgery (GMC no: 3516568). Mr Khanna is a substantive NHS Consultant in Plastic Surgery at The Sandwell General Hospital and The Walsall Manor Hospital. Mr Nick Percival is one of the country’s senior Plastic Surgeons having been a Consultant at Charing Cross Hospital for some ten years and has been on the Council of the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons. He is well known for his long experience, which is second to none, in the use of lasers in both facial disfigurement and cosmetic surgery and the use of subcutaneous injections and skin care. On these subjects he has lectured widely both in the United Kingdom and abroad. Mr Percival is also the lead of our quality aesthetics and skin care sister practice, Renascence. Mr Percival has built up an extensive experience in cosmetic surgery in facial surgery, including the MACS lift, breast augmentation and reduction and abdominal reduction and liposuction.

MBBS, DLO, FRCS, FRCS (Orl) Mr Venkat Srinivasan holds a substantive Consultant position as an ENT Specialist (Ear, Nose and Throat) at Wirral Hospitals NHS Trust. Mr Srinivasan had his higher surgical training in ENT and head and neck surgery as a specialist registrar in the Mersey region. He undertook a fellowship in otology and otoneurology in Perth, Western Australia, where he had further training in middle ear and mastoid surgery, especially in ossiculoplasty, mastoid obliteration and facial nerve surgery. He went on a TWJ foundation travelling fellowship to Dresden Germany to learn about implantable hearing aids for sensorineural deafness. With The Pountney Clinic Mr Srinivasan specialises in Cosmetic Surgery to improve the nose (Rhinoplasty) and the ears (Otoplasty). He is also pleased to discuss snoring problems and ways to overcome these surgically.
