- Can I change my plan at any time? Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time
- Can I get a discount? Yes. We offer annual plans at a significant discount over monthly plans: Solo is available at €200, Pro at €600 and Premium at €7500. These options are available during sign up.
- Who can I contact if I have a question? You can phone us on +353 1 652 0520 during our Irish office's opening hours of 9am to 5.30pm UTC in winter time or UTC+1 in summer time, or you can email us at info@revahealth.com.
- Which listing is right for me? Most clinics opt for the Pro Listing, but all types of listing will help you to get more patient enquiries. It really depends on how much extra business your clinic can manage.
- Can I list multiple clinics in one Account? Yes, however you must pay the relevant monthly fee for each clinic.
- Is there a long term contract? No. RevaHealth.com is a pay as you go service that you can stop at any time. You pay month to month and if you cancel you won't be billed again.
- How will patients contact me? Patients will fill out a dedicated conform for your clinic which we will then send you the most important details of by email. To see the full enquiry, you will need to log in to your account and view the enquiry online.
- Should I pay yearly or monthly? We'd obviously prefer if you pay yearly, which is why we discount it so heavily. In effect you only pay for 10 months and get listed for 12 months. However, if you'd prefer to try out the service on a monthly basis, that's no problem either.
- Are there per user fees? No. You pay the same amount regardless of the number of your staff that use RevaHealth.com.
- What payment types do you take? We accept Visa, Mastercard and Paypal for monthly subscription payments. We also accept bank transfers for annual subscriptions.
- Can I terminate my account? You can terminate your account at any time, but any subscriptions fees or credits bought will not be refunded.
