MD, FACS Dr.Cohen is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon in Washington, DC, with a specialty in cosmetic surgery. Dr. Cohen is recognised as an expert on skin care. He is the senior partner and founder of The Washington Plastic Surgery Group, which is the largest group of Plastic Surgeons in the greater Washington DC area as well as co-founder of Papillion, a Rockville, MD medispa that is expanding to three day spa locations in conjunction with other surgery centres in the second half of 2006. After receiving his MS from Harvard Medical School in 1994, Dr. Austen completed his residency in General Surgery in 1997 and his Plastic Surgery residency at Harvard, serving as the Chief Resident in 2002. Dr. Austen completed a fellowship at Royal Children's Hospital in craniofacial, cleft & pediatric plastic surgery in 2003, before returning to the Massachusetts General Hospital.
