About Phuket International Hospital

Originally founded in 1978 by Dr. Anuroj Tharasiriroj and his wife Dr. Supanee who at that time ran a small clinic on Phang-nga Road in Phuket town. As the need arises, for more services and facilities to cater the growing needs of the residents the clinic expanded and in 1982 Phuket International Hospital was born. At present, the hospital has opened a (400 million Baht) facility in November 2007 that provides women's health services, children's department with play areas, modern dental and hemodialyisis center and the Phukets largest Plastic and Aesthetic treatment center. An International Lounge area is dedicated to serve foreign patients. The hospital has centers in for Eye & Lasik, Skin & Laser, Aesthetic Center , Dental Center and Plastic Surgery Clinic performed by 50 full and part time physicians providing round the clock support to both in patient and out patient supervised by Medical Director, Dr Toranis Tantiptriyakij.
