About Agave Clinic

Agave clinic is located in Marbella, on the southern coast of Spain. Patients from London, Dublin and the Netherlands can take advantage of an initial consultation in their own city or country. Dental procedures provided include orthodontics, fillings, root canal treatments, crowns, bridges and veneers, orthodontics and implants. Treatment under sedation is available for patients who suffer from anxiety. Maxillofacial surgery, cleft lip surgery, facial corrections after traumatic car accidents, facial correction plastic surgery to correct eyelids, nose, lips and ears and facelifts are performed at the clinic.

Biography

Dr Daniel Simon obtained his degree as "Master in Dentistry" from the University of Gent - Belgium. He started his training in Oral Surgery in San Paulo in January 2001.

He began specializing in Oral Surgery and Facial Anatomic Surgery and in 2002 he took up a residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and Traumatology at Campinas County Hospital in San Paulo. He furthered his career by moving to Belgium in 2005 undertaking a fellowship in the Dept of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the Eewfeest clinic, Antwerp.

He further trained in cleft lip and palatal surgery being part of the European Cleft Lip and Palate Foundation (E.C.L.P.F.) team in Vietnam and Kenia.

Biography

he obtained a diploma in Dentistry at the National University of Rosario in 1988.

A year later he travelled to Madrid, where he received his undergraduate degree in Dentistry from the Ministry of Education and Science of Spain. He then returned to Argentina where he continued his doctorate in Comprehensive Clinical Orthodontics at his alma mater between the years 1992 – 94.

In 2002, Dr. Navas relocated to Spain to pursue a career in Dental Prosthetic Implantology. He recently participated in the Program for Continued Education in Dental Implantology (Branemark System) at the European Centre of Orthodontics in Madrid (CEOSA), which included clinical apprenticeships.

In addition, he completed the first intensive course of the Straumann Implantology System in Marbella.

Dr. Navas is an active member of the College of Odontologists and Stomatologists of Málaga and of the Spanish Society of Stomatological Prosthetics (SEPES).
