Dr. Comhairle O Donoghue is Medical Director of the Skinovation Clinic. Having studied Medicine at University College Cork,
Comhairle has worked extensively at home and abroad and has been involved in the field of aesthetic medicine for several years. After initially working in this field in London, she returned in 2001 from the United Kingdom to establish an aesthetic medical practice in Cork.
Dr Comhairle O Donoghue is a full member of the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery (ISHRS) and the British Association of Cosmetic Doctors, practising in Cork and Kerry. Also involved in the pioneering introduction of Injection Lipolysis to Munster,
Comhairle is currently one of only four Doctors in Ireland (and the only one outside Dublin), who are members of Network-Lipolysis. This group of physicians is committed to work together on the basis of common Lipolysis therapy protocols, to ensure the highest professional and scientific standards are applied with this revolutionary new therapy.
Comhairle is heavily involved in Continuing Medical Education (CME) in the field of Aesthetic Medicine, and attends frequent courses/conferences to ensure that the latest international advances in the aesthetic medical field are brought promptly to Southern Ireland.
At our clinic, you will have the attention of a doctor who will focus on your individual needs, concerns and expectations. A tailor made treatment plan will be devised for you, and 24 hour follow up care is available, if needed.
Dr O Donoghue is available privately at flexible times and at short notice, including evenings and weekends. She will see you without a referral from your GP, and can provide private referrals or prescriptions. Personal service and continuity of care is assured.
