Yannis Alexandrides, M.D. is an American Board certified Plastic Surgeon specializing in Cosmetic surgery. He is a former Fellow from the Division of Plastic Surgery, University of Pittsburgh Medical Centre. Following training at Albert Einstein Medical Centre, Mr. Alexandrides specialized in Plastic, and Aesthetic Surgery at Jackson Memorial Hospital, at the University of Miami.

He broadened his training in Microsurgery, at the University of Pittsburgh. He is included in the General Medical Council’s Plastic Surgery Specialists register. He is also Board certified by the European Board of Plastic, Aesthetic, and Reconstructive Surgery and the Greek Board of Plastic Surgery.

Dr. Alexandrides is accredited in the latest Laser techniques for rejuvenation of the face, the Ultrasonic-Assisted Liposuction, as well as in the advanced Endoscopic Facelift and Browlift techniques, of minimally invasive surgery.

Mr. Alexandrides has published numerous scientific papers in Plastic Surgery Journals and has given talks in USA, including lectures on Laser resurfacing. In 1998 he won the First Award in paper presentations at the Florida Society of Plastic Surgeons meeting in Orlando, Florida.

Dr. Alexandrides is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, and participates in international plastic surgery missions abroad. Since January 2001 he has been Director of the 111 Harley Street Cosmetic Surgery Centre, located at 111 Harley Street, London.

One area that Dr Alexandrides specializes in is performing multiple procedures during the same operation. His Philosophy is to achieve the highest possible results in each individual case, putting the patient’s safety and quick recovery as his priority. By performing multiple procedures at the same time, the risk associated with undergoing general anaesthesia is minimized.

In addition to participating in various documentaries on the television, Dr Alexandrides has frequently been interviewed as an expert on The BBC, Channel 4, The Discovery Channel and SKY TV.

Dr. Maurino Joffily holds full GMC registration and trained in Italy & Brazil. He is board-certified in Plastic Surgery and on the specialist register in Brazil, where he undertook the majority of his training.

Dr. Joffily is a graduate of the State University of Campinas ( http://www.unicamp.br/unicamp/en), which is one of the best the best medical schools in Brazil. He completed his training in plastic surgery after an internship in general surgery, totaling 11 years of comprehensive medical training. He also graduated in Biochemistry, which gives him a high academic standard.

He speaks English, Italian and Portuguese.

Dr Joffily has performed over 2,000 cosmetic surgery procedures in the last 10 years and continuously attends important Brazilian and international Cosmetic Surgery meetings & symposia.

He is renowned for his caring attitude and maintains long-standing relationships with many of his patients. More than 90% of his patients are from referrals.

Dr Joffily has performed over 200 laserlipolysis procedures; all of them with aspiration and he is a trainer for this procedure in Harley Street.
