On 19/10/09 I received botox treatment. Post-treatment, I was given forms to sign which upon reading, indicated that I had been inforned of all the side effects etc etc of treatment PRIOR to treatment-not so. I paid 70 000 forints for a treatment that was incorrectly administered ie. I was treated lying down-botox must ALWAYS be admnistred in an uright position. Ten days later, the right-hand side of my face became paralysed and the eyelid shut to 1/4 of its size! The doctor also injected slightly more botox as he commented that my wrinkle was very deep. The dosage should NEVER exceed 35mg-it clearly did. I'M SEEKING RECOURSE FOR THIS ABSOLUTE LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM.
