Telesales Manager

RevaHealth.com is looking for an experience dynamic Telesales Manager to manage a team of telephone and email based business development representatives and account managers.  The role will involve working with RevaHealth.com’s senior management to define strategic and tactical objective and then implement the process and procedures necessary to implement them. The ideal candidate will be used to working is a fast, changing environment and enjoy the dynamics of a rapidly growing business.

Responsibilities

  • Setting the day-to-day targets for business development and account management
  • Working with the team to hit targets
  • Implementing process and procedure
  • Automating  any processes possible
  • Creation of sales emails
  • Creation of tele-sale scripts
  • Performing business development and account management tasks as necessary

Skills

    • An understanding of Sales automation or CRM systems.
    • Perfect written and spoken English
    • Good copy creation skills
    • Tremendous attention to details
    • Target and results driven
