Sales Process Manager

RevaHealth.com is looking to hire a sales process manager to develop, implement and maintain business development and account management processes for its online lead generation business. RevaHealth.com sells fully qualified sales leads to worldwide hospitals and clinics in the medical tourism sector. We are looking to hire an experienced, process driven Sales Process Manager to increase efficiency and maximize revenue.
This role could be filled by a part-time applicant and with some flexibility to accommodate family commitments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a documented business development process for signing up new clinics and hospitals
  • Develop a documented process for account management
  • Define key stages of account development with appropriate actions
  • Monitor the state of all accounts
  • Ensure that process is followed
  • Communicate directly with the clinics and hospitals when necessary
  • Process to educate the clinics and hospital in how best to use RevaHealth.com’s service
  • Management reporting
