RevaHealth.com is looking for an experience Sales Manager to build an international customer base of Healthcare Providers. The ideal candidate will be used to growing a business from the ground up while implementing the processes and procedures necessary to effectively manage a large customer base. The candidate should have experience in both business development and account management.

Responsibilities

The Sales Manager will be responsible for all of RevaHealth.com’s relationships with Healthcare Providers. This will include initial identification and targeting of specific regions, business development to recruit providers and ongoing account management to maximise revenue.

• Recruiting International Healthcare provider
• Maximising revenue from each Healthcare provider
• Day to day management of the Business development and Account management team
• HR within the Business Development and Account management department
• Setting and reviewing of targets
• Implementing sales and account management processes
• Implementing effective sales automation tools
• Creating and executing on Sales campaigns

Required Experience

• Building a business from the ground up
• International sales with both large and small organizations
• Remote sales (email, telephone, etc.)
• Sales force automation tools such as salesforce.com
• Directly managing a team of Sales executives
• Being responsible for targets
