Account Manager
RevaHealth.com is looking for experienced telephone-based account managers to work with RevaHealth.com’s international base of Healthcare Providers. The role will involve working with RevaHealth.com’s existing customers to build a relationship in order to improve their listing in RevaHealth.com’s search engine and maximise their ongoing revenues. The ideal candidate will be used to working in a fast, changing environment and enjoy the dynamics of a rapidly growing business.
Responsibilities
Each account manager will be responsible for managing a group of RevaHealth.com’s customers. The role will involve:
- Working with the Healthcare Provider to ensure their listings are accurate and appealing to consumers
- Ensuring that each Healthcare Provider is listed for every treatment that they offer and that they have included indicative pricing
- Working with the Healthcare Provider to maximise their revenue to RevaHealth.com.
- Ensuring that all leads generated for the Healthcare Provider are purchased.
- Capture the Healthcare Providers requirements and feed this input back to engineering and the rest of the business
Skills
- Perfect spoken and written English
- Excellent telephone manner
- Computer literate (office, web, email, etc.)
- Self-starting
- Results orientated
Salary
Salary is 25-35K OTE, aligned with experience
